This on-the-go position requires someone with some knowledge of cars (training available), and excellent time management & customer service skills.
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for keeping the fleet cleaned and maintained. This includes cleaning cars, tracking and scheduling maintenance, delivering cars to appointments, interfacing with carshare members and volunteers, and performing other fleet needs such as troubleshooting issues with in-car technology, and assessing and repairing minor body damage.
This is a 32-hour/week position to start, and will increase to full-time as our fleet grows, likely before the end of the year. Benefits include paid time off, employer paid individual health insurance, a mobility package including Ithaca Carshare membership, Ithaca Bikeshare use, and TCAT bus pass, and a SIMPLE IRA with 2% employer contribution.
