Changing a Reservation - Changing a reservation is easy whether you do it online or by phone.

Changing a reservation online is almost the same as making one online. Just log in with your password, go to "My Reservations" and click on the orange button labeled "Change" next to the reservation you want to change. The form looks exactly the same as when you made the reservation. The confirmation page will be emailed to you again with the changes.

Changing a reservation by phone is very convenient during your reservation time. Just call 607.277.3210 x1, enter your member number and PIN, and the first option will be to end your reservation early or extend it in 15 minute increments. If it is not during your reservation time, just follow the prompts to change a future reservation.

Rules for changing your reservations:
1) If you extend a reservation, you will be charged for the extra reserved time.
2) If you shorten a reservation, you will be charged for half of the time you freed up unless the change was made more than 3 hours before the reservation's start time, or if someone else reserves that vehicle during the time you freed up.
3) Canceling a reservation works the same as shortening a reservation: you will be charged for half of the estimated cost unless someone else reserves the vehicle during that time.
