New Member Orientation Sessions

All members must complete an orientation in order to reserve cars. Please call 607.277.3210 or email us to sign up, and we will let you know the exact location for the session you have chosen.

We currently offer in-person orientation sessions at the times listed below. These sessions are approximately one hour long. An Ithaca Carshare staff member explains our system including membership, reservations, using the cars, and "what if" scenarios. There is an opportunity to try out your new keyfob, and to ask any questions you might have about Ithaca Carshare.

There is also an online orientation option, which should take around 20-30 minutes to complete.

The orientations are open to anyone, including newly approved members, those whose applications are in process, and also people interested in Ithaca Carshare.

Mondays at 7:00 pm, downtown

Thursdays at 11:00am, Collegetown

Just be sure to call or email to sign up before the session you'd like to attend. Some sessions have filled, and we want to be sure we have enough room and materials for everyone.
