New Member Online Orientations

All members must complete the orientation in order to reserve cars.

Our online orientation is quick and easy! It only takes around 15 minutes to complete, and can be done at any time, without needing to log in. The final page has special instructions, so make sure to complete the orientation and follow the steps for confirmation. Just use the link below to start.

We also offer in-person orientation sessions by request. This is an opportunity to try out your new keyfob, and to ask any questions you might have about Ithaca Carshare. Email info@ithacacarshare.org for more information.

The orientations are open to anyone, including newly approved members, those whose applications are in process, and also people interested in Ithaca Carshare. You do not need to log in in order to access the orientation.
