Cornell University is purchasing memberships for eligible employees and students.

These rates apply for annual plan fees for new members and for renewals.

Students

Cornell will pay the annual membership fee for the Just In Case plan (normally $50) for all students.

Need to drive more often? Pay just $105 (normally $200) for a full year membership on the It's My Car plan with a lower hourly rate.

Plus, on either plan, you can have two drivers on the account and pay just one membership fee! Regular hourly and mileage usage rates apply. See Rate Plans for details.

Staff and Faculty

Cornell will pay the $50 annual membership fee for the Just In Case plan for all employees enrolled in any commuter program (RideShare, OmniRide, Occasional Parker, or similar). Commuter program participants who prefer the It's My Car plan pay just $105 a year (instead of the normal $200).

Not enrolled in a commuter program? You're still eligible for a Just In Case membership for a discounted $35 (normally $50) a year or an It's My Car membership for $140 (normally $200) a year.

Please include your netID in the last field on the application form for these discounted rates.

Note that Cornell does not cover the $30 application fee (applies to each driver). The monthly version of It's My Car does not have any Cornell Discount.
