Ithaca Carshare is an easy, workable, and affordable alternative to reimbursing staff for mileage and the associated recordkeeping. With an Ithaca Carshare organizational plan, you won't have to worry about the cost and hassle of owning and maintaining a car for your business. You and your drivers will have 24/7 access by reservation to a fleet of thirteen new, reliable vehicles. Sign up multiple drivers on one account and see all usage costs on one itemized monthly bill. Plus, you can offer your employees the benefit of free personal Just in Case membership when they are a driver on your organizational account.

Membership $50 per year per each three drivers
Usage $7.95 per hour and $0.20 per mile

IT’S MY CAR *
Membership $500 per year or $50 per month for up to 10 drivers
Usage $4.95 per hour and $0.20 per mile
Additional drivers beyond 10 may be added at $50 per driver per year.

FULL DAY RATES Only pay for 10 hours of usage in any 24-hour period.
Just In Case $79.50 per day
It's My Car $49.50 per day

NIGHT OWL RATES Hourly usage between 11:00pm and 7:00am is 50% off
Just In Case $4.00 per hour
It's My Car $2.50 per hour

All regular application fees are waived for organizational memberships.

So how do I choose?
With two different organizational membership plans, it’s easy to choose the best rate for your organization. In most cases, you’ll want to choose It’s My Car if you plan on driving more than one trip (three or four hours) each week.

For some smaller organizations, it may make more sense to be on our regular, individual It’s My Car plan. This plan costs $200 per year and covers up to two drivers with usage rates of $4.95 per hour and 20 cents per mile.

*Pricing may be negotiated on a case by case basis for organizations with many drivers.
